Show Recap
Friday is here and we're happy to send you off to the weekend with a show that will help you to appreciate all the football that lies ahead. We have two guests lined up for you today to try and catch up from our program yesterday and to send you off with a complete perspective on the football going on this weekend.

Will Tidey of the Bleacher Report joins Ollie to talk about a variety of stories coming out of England. You're getting a complete FA Cup preview from the World Football Correspondent. Will gives us all the games worth watching, cause let's face it, there are literally too many to follow on Saturday especially. We also talk about the various transfer rumors swirling around the Premier League. It's not official, but might as well be. Juan Mata is set to make a move to Manchester United and could be playing for Moyes as early as next week. Stan Colymore and Twitter get into thanks to some racially charged tweets sent out by backwards headcases online. And finally, we get Tidey's opinion on the state of MUFC and the 999 call from a disheartened fan.

Kit Holden, German football writer for countless media outlets including but not limited to the Independent and Bundesliga UK, joins Ollie to help us welcome back the return of the Bundesliga. We are lucky to see a big match tonight with number 1 and number 3 in the table taking each other on. How much of a chance does Borussia Monchengladbach stand against Bayern Munich?? Well, Kit tries to answer that. Perhaps the loss of Robben will affect Pep's squad? We also get Kit's opinion on the comments made by Franck Ribery after he finished third in the Ballon d'Or voting. Robert Lewandowski gets charged with punching a kid it the head after some unfavorable gestures. Are Dortmund fans turning on Robert already? Is Dortmund under pressure to replace Lewandowski? And finally, are German football fans excited to see the return of Kevin de Bruyne? Kit answers all these questions and more.

Rafa joins the program to talk about how he deals with hard times that fall on his team, comparing himself to the 999 Caller who was shared in the early part of the show. He and Ollie also talk about the potential move of Cavanni to United. Are the English losing the plot in the papers, or could this rumor really come through? Rafa also hears that Hulk may be on the way to Monaco to stand in for Falcao while he is injured. This brings up the topic of how players prep for the World Cup. Looking at the Mata situation, the player is seeking a move away from Chelsea in part because he wants more playing time to showcase his skills to land a spot on the reigning champions of the World, Spain. But if we look at the Falcao instance, maybe this player's situation should have seen him coast through the remainder of the season to be in the best possible form heading to Brazil. So much to talk about in this show. Can another capitol team topple Juventus? Ollie sure has his fingers crossed and is openly backing Lazio for that game. Are you ready to listen yet? Good. Now go press play.
